Thank you for shopping at Bed And Bath. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy our products. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product. As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Bed And Bath Store. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at Bed And Bath, you agree to the terms set forth as below.

PRODUCT CAN BE RETURNED ONLY IF :

Product is Damaged- during transit
Product is Defective - during manufacturing process
Product is Not as described on the website
Returns of items shipped from Bed And Bath can be returned within 15 days of receipt.
All you need to do is to ensure that the product is in its original condition, tags and packaging.

PRODUCT CANNOT BE RETURNED/CANCELLED IF:

If you have crossed 15 day return window.
If product is damaged (Not in its original condition),or tags and packiaging are missing.
And orders cannot be cancelled, once they are shipped.

WHEN CAN I GET MY REFUND?

Please note, Bed And Bath initiates the refund upon successful return pick up, or after the returned item has reached us .Therefore, the refund time may vary by time taken by the courier partner to deliver the return to our warehouse

It will take us a maximum of 5 - 14 Business Days to initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same by email.
